The service is provided AS IS, and by using/signing up for the service you acknowledge and understand that there is no warranty, expressed or implied, for this product. TimeTraverse reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that change or enhance the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

The photos and videos ("media") you store or share via TimeTraverse are 100% yours. We will never assume any rights (copyrights or otherwise) to your work, and, except when compelled by law, we will never explicitly share them without your permission. Future versions of the site may provide advertising next to media you share on TimeTraverse, and while the media are rightfully yours, the revenue from advertising is rightfully ours.

When you share or make public a photo or video, you are allowing other people to copy that image into their own TimeTraverse account and/or to their computer. TimeTraverse makes several copies of the media you upload to the service to ensure a safe backup and to allow you to view your media on multiple devices.

We especially have no tolerance for people who use TimeTraverse to distribute illegal content or as a streaming service-public or private-for video that they did not create. We take copyright seriously.

As we update and improve TimeTraverse, we may add or remove functionalities or features. You can stop using the service at any time, but we do not offer refunds.

When permitted by law, TimeTraverse, and TimeTraverse's partners, employees and investors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of TimeTraverse and TimeTraverse's partners, employees and investors, for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (or if we choose, to supplying you the service again).

In all cases, TimeTraverse, and TimeTraverse's partners, employees and investors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

We may modify these terms of service and we recommend that you look at the terms regularly.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, TimeTraverse focuses on providing the best service to you while keeping your information as private as possible.

In order to provide the TimeTraverse experience, we analyze and collect information about your photos, including captions and ratings, date, time and location information, and even the camera settings or the name of the hard drive they were stored on. This data is collected anonymously and our employees may use the information gathered to provide all of our users with a better experience. With that said, no employee or agent of TimeTraverse will ever look at the underlying private photos in your account unless we have received your consent to do so.

In order to keep TimeTraverse stable and running securely, we work with a number of highly trusted third parties, including storage providers, analytics providers, publishers and ad networks (where we advertise the use of TimeTraverse), payment processors and help desk software providers. When necessary, we may share your information with these parties in order to deliver the best experience possible (e.g. we may share your address with a photo printing service to deliver your digital prints). When it comes to third party providers, we at TimeTraverse will always do what's best to maintain your privacy and security. As such, your private account information-including your name, email address, phone number and payment information-will never be sold to third parties.

Price Range: At TimeTraverse we have customised pricing according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. Typically the range of transactions on our website varies from INR 10 to 10 Lakhs.
